The Chuck Mock Tender Roast:  Cut from a tasty and fork tender Chuck Roasts. An all around favorite, our Chuck Roasts are also our bestselling roasts. Once you taste the flavor, you'll understand why! The Beef Chuck Mock Tender Roast is no exception, although not as marbled as other center cut Chuck Roast, it is still perfectly suited for pot roasts and braising, this is a lean roast! 

Beef products are butchered-to-order, packaged without preservatives or additives in a vacuum sealed bag (or food grade shrink wrap, depending on size).  Once you place your order, we usually harvest, butcher, package, and freeze your cuts (depending on destination).  Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.

Rancher's Table Grass Fed and Finished Steaks are best natural, but if you would like to tenderize your steak, we got your back!  Simply select the "naturally tenderized" option and we will do it for you, free-of-charge, with Natural Sea Salt, Herbs and Spices!  Please Allow up to 24-36 extra hours for this process.
