Natural Grass Fed and Finished Beef, Thin cut Beef "Ox" Tongue Slices, Raised on pasture, eating naturally, without the use of Growth Hormones, GMOs, or Medications.

We currently have an approximated wait time of up to 14 days for delivery, due to the limited amount of this cut available per animal.

The Beef Tongue:  is a delicacy in many cultures due to its exquisite taste and softness, it is the perfect roast. Order and experience why we have received numerous compliments from home chefs about the grass-fed Beef Tongue.  The Tongue will arrive in thin slices, raw with the skin still on and will need peeled after you initially boil it or use your favorite technique.

Beef products are butchered-to-order, packaged without preservatives or additives in a vacuum sealed bag (or food grade shrink wrap, depending on size).  Once you place your order, we usually harvest, butcher, package, and freeze your cuts (depending on destination).  Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.

Rancher's Table Grass Fed and Finished Steaks are best natural, but if you would like to tenderize your steak, we got your back!  Simply select the "naturally tenderized" option and we will do it for you, free-of-charge, with Natural Sea Salt, Herbs and Spices!  Please Allow up to 24-36 extra hours for this process.
