The Pulque is a Sappy/Thick Yogurt-ish type drink; It is truly Unique and different. The Maguey is Grown for 12 Years and Harvested direct from the plant at 2800 meters above sea level. It is produced by scratching the sap (sweet liquid) of the Maguey, after scratching the center twice a day this liquid (sap) is immediately bottled and flown to the Rancher's Table for Distribution.
