Natural Grass Fed and Finished Beef, Delmonico, Chuck Eye Roasts.  Raised on pasture, eating naturally, without the use of Growth Hormones, GMOs, or Medications. 

Price listed is per Roast.  Roasts are cut by weight - actual thickness may vary.

The Chuck Eye Roast:  Savory and fork tender Delmonico Chuck Eye Roast. An all around favorite, our Chuck Roasts are also our bestselling roasts. Once you taste the flavor, you'll understand why! The Beef Chuck Roasts cuts are marbled throughout which adds to their rich flavor and tenderness. They are not as tender as middle steak cuts, but are perfectly suited for pot roasts and braising. 

Beef products are butchered-to-order, packaged without preservatives or additives in a vacuum sealed bag (or food grade shrink wrap, depending on size).  Once you place your order, we usually harvest, butcher, package, and freeze your cuts (depending on destination).  Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.

Rancher's Table Grass Fed and Finished Steaks are best natural, but if you would like to tenderize your steak, we got your back!  Simply select the "naturally tenderized" option and we will do it for you, free-of-charge, with Natural Sea Salt, Herbs and Spices!  Please Allow up to 24-36 extra hours for this process.
