Our young turkeys roam and forage among grasses, foliage, fruit, and insects, with spacious shelter and continuous access to natural cenote spring water.
We complement their foraging with amaranth, wild oats, aquatic greens, and nourishment from our ranchβs cheesemaking.
No GMO corn, no soy, and no GMO industry feed.
Our raising standard includes:
- No antibiotics, hormones, or pharmaceutical growth enhancers
- No mRNA injections or scheduled drug regimens

Your Bird, Your Preparation
One approximate size: 3 kg (6.6 lb).
Choose your preparation:
- Traditional β Whole Bird
- Spatchcocked β Ready for the Smoker or Barbecue
Each bird includes a separate Bone Broth Pack with giblets, neck, and feet, for a flavorful stock that carries the meal further.
Carefully chilled after harvest, rested under controlled refrigeration, and vacuum sealed using modified-atmosphere packaging (MAP) for dispatch.
Weights are approximate. Allow a variation of plus or minus 5% (Β±5%) around the stated weight range. This product is priced per bird, rather than per kilogram.
Preparation and Delivery
Allow 7 business days for preparation, followed by dispatch and route-dependent transit.
Your turkey may ship fresh and chilled or frozen; we will confirm its condition for your order. If harvested on dispatch day, it may ship fresh and chilled, while aged steaks in the same order generally ship frozen.
Prefer everything frozen? Request an entirely frozen order, which may extend preparation to 12 days.
Available throughout the year in limited numbers, subject to flock availability. Reserve ahead for a special gathering.
