OAXACA cheese, is a soft white "string cheese" from…? You guessed it: Oaxaca. It’s compared to a mozzarella cheese in texture and a young Monterey jack cheese in flavor. It’s mellow, buttery, and works great as a melting cheese. This is why it is the most commonly used cheese in a quesadilla. Because Oaxaca cheese is so mild in flavor, it is known as a kid favorite and complements most dishes beautifully without overpowering any flavor.
This Fresh Cheese is produced by our Partner Local Artisanal Cheese Makers using our Fresh Ranch Raw Milk, free of colorants and additives. Made in small batches, every 15 days. Due to its popularity we normally have this cheese in stock, but if not, please do allow up to 12 days for delivery of this product. If you have other Items on your order, we will delivery those items first, then your cheese.
