The soft and grainy texture allows for easy crumbling, grating, melting and shredding. So, it is no surprise why it is the most popular of the Mexican cheeses. We see it shredded on tacos and tortas, melted in enchiladas and burritos, and crumbled on salads and soups

This Fresh Cheese is produced by our Partner Local Artisanal Cheese Makers using our Fresh Ranch Raw Milk, free of colorants and additives.  Made in small batches, every 15 days.  Please do allow up to 12 days for delivery of this product, depending on stock.  If not available and you have other Items on your order, we will delivery those items first, then your cheese.
