Pastured, Natural, Free Range Chicken, Liver. Raised on pasture, foraging for seeds, grass, and bugs, without the use of Growth Hormones, GMOs, or Medications.  Resulting in meat that is more flavorful and healthier than conventional chicken.

Nature gives us small quantities of special items! Please allow up to 16 days for delivery of this Item, due to the limited amount of liver per harvest.  We will deliver your order within a normal time frame and then auto fulfill this item soon as it is available.

The Chicken Liver:  is delicious and nutritious, awesome pan fried with onions, or in broths.  It has a milder taste than beef liver, yet still an amazing source of vitamins and minerals, specifically B vitamins, Folate, Riboflavin, Niacin, Iron, Phosphorus, Zinc, Copper, Selenium, and Choline.  Animal organ meat literally lets "food be thy medicine".

All Pastured, Free Range, Natural Birds are Harvested and Butchered to Order, Packaged fresh without Preservatives or Additives in a Vacuum Seal and/or Food Grade Shrink Wrap, depending on size.  Once you place your order, we usually harvest, butcher, package, and freeze your cuts (depending on destination).  Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.
