Our Pasture Turkey Wings bring the generous character of Broad Breasted Bronze turkey to a familiar comfort-food favorite. Prepared bone-in and skin-on, this Country Cut is ready for slow roasting, smoking, or a covered pan of smothered turkey wings.
Our birds are raised to Rancher’s Table’s Pastizal Raised standard on Yucatán wooded pastures, with room to forage, explore, and develop naturally.

Nestle the wings over onions and herbs, add a little stock, and cook gently until tender. Finish uncovered for color, or bring everything together beneath a generous spoonful of gravy.
For the smoker, keep the seasoning simple and give the wings time. The flats and drumettes make a hearty meal, while the tips have a welcome place in the stockpot.

Our turkeys roam wooded pastures among grasses, huaxín, and papaya, hunting insects and exploring their surroundings. Spacious shelter provides a place to rest, and natural cenote spring water supplies their drinkers.
We complement their foraging with carefully chosen grains and seeds, including amaranth, as well as aquatic greens and nourishment from our ranch’s cheesemaking. No GMO corn, no soy, and no GMO industry feed.
Our raising standard includes:
- No antibiotics, hormones, or pharmaceutical growth enhancers
- No mRNA injections or scheduled drug regimens
- Veterinary oversight with a homeopathic approach
- Minerals, attentive daily care, and room to express their natural behavior

Preparation and delivery
Allow 7 business days for preparation, followed by dispatch and route-dependent transit.
Your turkey may ship fresh and chilled or frozen; we will confirm its condition for your order. If harvested on dispatch day, it may ship fresh and chilled, while aged steaks in the same order generally ship frozen.
Prefer everything frozen? Request an entirely frozen order, which may extend preparation to 12 days.
