The Back Rib Cubes: is one of the most delicious cuts from the cow, beef lovers value it for it's deep flavor, texture and tenderness. The Back Rib is a really tender and juicy rib, when correctly braised, grilled or smoked. In Cubes it can be used in any Stew, Soup, Broth or Braising Recipes.
Beef products are butchered-to-order, packaged without preservatives or additives in a vacuum sealed bag (or food grade shrink wrap, depending on size). Once you place your order, we usually harvest, butcher, package, and freeze your cuts (depending on destination). Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.
Rancher's Table Grass Fed and Finished Steaks are best natural, but if you would like to tenderize your steak, we got your back! Simply select the "naturally tenderized" option and we will do it for you, free-of-charge, with Natural Sea Salt, Herbs and Spices! Please Allow up to 24-36 extra hours for this process.
