Natural Grass Fed and Finished Beef Boneless Neck Steaks.  Raised on pasture, eating naturally, without the use of Growth Hormones, GMOs, or Medications.

The Neck Steak: is an underrated cut and somewhat lost in butcher history, but it is delicious, tender with a great deep flavor when properly cooked; this cut must be Slowly Braised or Stewed, and will deliver a delicious recipe.  Try it in Gravy Recipes, Caramelized, in Meat Pies or Bourguignon recipes, to name a few.

Beef products are butchered-to-order, packaged without preservatives or additives in a vacuum sealed bag (or food grade shrink wrap, depending on size).  Once you place your order, we usually harvest, butcher, package, and freeze your cuts (depending on destination).  Please do allow approximately 7 days for delivery.

Rancher's Table Grass Fed and Finished Steaks are best natural, but if you would like to tenderize your steak, we got your back!  Simply select the "naturally tenderized" option and we will do it for you,free of charge, with Natural Sea Salt, Herbs and Spices!  Allow up to 24-36 extra hours for this process.
