Natural Grass Fed and Finished Beef Brain.  Raised on pasture, eating naturally, without the use of Growth Hormones, GMOs, or Medications.

The Beef Brain: Is highly priced in some cultures; with the first bite, you will experience the aroma and the striking union of flavours. It is a taste that you will either adore or never want to taste again. You will either love it or loathe it! But you should try it at least once; in particular for the health benefits.

Beef products are butchered-to-order, packaged without preservatives or additives in a vacuum sealed bag (or food grade shrink wrap, depending on size).  Once you place your order, we usually harvest, butcher, package, and freeze your cuts (depending on destination).  Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.

Rancher's Table Grass Fed and Finished Steaks are best natural, but if you would like to tenderize your steak, we got your back!  Simply select the "naturally tenderized" option and we will do it for you, free-of-charge, with Natural Sea Salt, Herbs and Spices!  Please Allow up to 24-36 extra hours for this process.
