Natural Grass Fed and Finished Beef, Tenderloin Chateaubriand Premium Oven Roast, Raised on pasture, eating naturally, without the use of Growth Hormones, GMOs, or Medications.

The Chateaubriand Roast:  is an incredibly tender Roast!  This exclusive roast is exquisite, juicy and tender; resulting in incredible quality and flavor, this roast is the definition of Real Meat.  Hand selected and cut from the head of the Filet by our Master Butcher, this cut will not disappoint!

Beef products are butchered-to-order, packaged without preservatives or additives in a vacuum sealed bag (or food grade shrink wrap, depending on size).  Once you place your order, we usually harvest, butcher, package, and freeze your cuts (depending on destination).  Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.

Rancher's Table Grass Fed and Finished Steaks are best natural, but if you would like to tenderize your steak, we got your back!  Simply select the "naturally tenderized" option and we will do it for you, free-of-charge, with Natural Sea Salt, Herbs and Spices!  Please Allow up to 24-36 extra hours for this process.
