Price listed is per Roast.  Roasts are cut by weight - actual thickness may vary.

The Chuck 7-Bone Roastis one of the most classic roasts, hearkening back to a time when most people ate a lot of beef and had plenty of time to cook a roast that required three hours of braising.  Counter to its name, a 7-bone roast doesn't have seven bones in it; it's named as such because the cross-section of the shoulder blade bone looks like the numeral 7.  This roast is not as tender as middle steak roasts, but is perfectly suited for pot roasts and braising, and that number 7 gives it an unrivaled flavor.

Beef products are butchered-to-order, packaged without preservatives or additives in a vacuum sealed bag (or food grade shrink wrap, depending on size).  Once you place your order, we usually harvest, butcher, packageand freeze your cuts (depending on destination).  Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.

Rancher's Table Grass Fed and Finished Steaks are best natural, but if you would like to tenderize your steak, we got your back!  Simply select the "naturally tenderized" option and we will do it for you, free-of-charge, with Natural Sea Salt, Herbs and Spices!  Please Allow up to 24-36 extra hours for this process
