The Beef Eye: is very fatty but nutritious, it is best steamed or in stew. It is a cut with lots of health benefits; a large amount of collagen, high in nutrients and vitamins that can benefit memory and battle anemia, to name a few. So try some beef eye tacos, and stay healthy the Mexican way!
Beef products are butchered-to-order, packaged without preservatives or additives in a vacuum sealed bag (or food grade shrink wrap, depending on size). Once you place your order, we usually harvest, butcher, package, and freeze your cuts (depending on destination). Please do allow approximately 7 days for delivery.
