Price listed is per Steak. Steaks are cut by weight - actual thickness may vary. Each steak is individually packaged and vacuum sealed.
The Filet Mignon Medallion: is our best selling steak! At the Rancher's Table the Filet Mignon is king. Hand Butchered to perfection, Butter-Tender, Cut from the best of the best Beef Tenderloin, from select premium Tropical Grass-Fed and Finished Yucatan Cattle.
Beef products are butchered-to-order, packaged without preservatives or additives in a vacuum sealed bag (or food grade shrink wrap, depending on size). Once you place your order, we usually harvest, butcher, package, and freeze your cuts (depending on destination). Please do allow approximately 7 days for delivery.
Rancher's Table Grass Fed and Finished Steaks are best natural, but if you would like to tenderize your steak, we got your back! Simply select the "naturally tenderized" option and we will do it for you,free of charge, with Natural Sea Salt, Herbs and Spices! Allow up to 24-36 extra hours for this process.
