The Neck Bones:  Meaty Bones; the original cut of Beef Bone Soup is also an amazing addition to Mexican Barbacoa, Birria as well as Indian Curry.  Great slow cooked in Moisture, this meaty bone will deliver a great bone broth, stew or even a curry dish

Beef products are butchered-to-order, packaged without preservatives or additives in a vacuum sealed bag (or food grade shrink wrap, depending on size).  Once you place your order, we usually harvest, butcher, package, and freeze your cuts (depending on destination).  Please do allow approximately 7 days for delivery.

Rancher's Table Grass Fed and Finished Steaks are best natural, but if you would like to tenderize your steak, we got your back!  Simply select the "naturally tenderized" option and we will do it for you,free of charge, with Natural Sea Salt, Herbs and Spices!  Allow up to 24-36 extra hours for this process.
