Our Bone-in NY Strip Loin is a Rancher’s Table favorite—cut from grass-fed & finished cattle raised on open pasture in Yucatán, Mexico. No hormones, GMOs, Drugs or mRNA—just deep, bold flavor and a tender, juicy bite thanks to its bone and natural fat cap.
Custom Cuts Available: Order whole and cut yourself, or request steaks by thickness at checkout, (in the notes section). We will portion and vacuum-pack for Free.
Butchered to order and packaged without preservatives in BPA-free, biodegradable vacuum bags or eco shrink wrap. Harvested, cut, frozen (as needed), and shipped fresh upon-you-order. Please allow approx. 7 business days for delivery.
