Price listed is per Pack,  Oxtail Cross Cuts  are cut by weight - actual thickness may vary; please allow up to 12 days for delivery, due to the limited amount of this cut available per cattle.

The Beef Oxtail: Makes excellent soups and stock.  It is Perfectly tender and juicy when braised.  Try making an oxtail soup and you will never go back to any other cut, plus it is so high in vitamins minerals and collagen that it is almost a medicine!

Beef products are butchered-to-order, packaged without preservatives or additives in a vacuum sealed bag (or food grade shrink wrap, depending on size).  Once you place your order, we usually harvest, butcher, package, and freeze your cuts (depending on destination).  Please do allow approximately 12 days for delivery, on this cut due to the limited amount available per cattle
