A Rancher’s Table favorite and hand-trimmed by a Master Butcher to be "steak-ready," this cut focuses on convenience without sacrificing the high-density nutrition and ancestral flavor of pastizal-raised cattle. It is free from hormones, antibiotics, and grain-fillers. Sold as a whole piece, vacuum-sealed.
