Natural Grass Fed and Finished Beef Cheeks, Whole or Cut. Raised on pasture, eating naturally, without the use of Growth Hormones, GMOs, or Medications.

The Beef Cheek:  is a thick muscle with a wonderful flavor, extremely tender when slow cooked or braised correctly.  It is best cooked slowly using moist heat. It is also power packed with minerals and vitamins;  rich in zinc, vitamin B12, selenium, phosphorus, niacin, vitamin B6, iron, and riboflavin.  If you like Shank and oxtails, trying beef cheek is a must. 

Beef products are butchered-to-order, packaged without preservatives or additives in a vacuum sealed bag (or food grade shrink wrap, depending on size).  Once you place your order, we usually harvest, butcher, package, and freeze your cuts (depending on destination).  Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.

Rancher's Table Grass Fed and Finished Steaks are best natural, but if you would like to tenderize your steak, we got your back!  Simply select the "naturally tenderized" option and we will do it for you, free-of-charge, with Natural Sea Salt, Herbs and Spices!  Please Allow up to 24-36 extra hours for this process.
