So how is skim milk made? The "Cream/Fat" is removed naturally from the milk via gravity, the "old-fashioned" way!  When fresh milk is left to sit and settle, the cream — which is where most of the fat is — rises to the top, leaving behind delicious skim milk with much less fat.  Raw Cow milk that has had the cream skimmed off. Usually delivers about a 2% consistency. Delivered Fresh!  Cream and Milk Separation is Natural.   Shake Well!

Grass Fed Cow Whole Raw Milk.  Humanely raised on chemical free silvo pastures, grazing naturally, in liberty and at their own pace, without the use of growth or milk producing hormones, GMOs, rbST or Medications.  The Cow milk has a smooth, mild flavor and texture; which can vary depending on the season as well as the individual Cow's diet preference (Yes! the Cows graze for their own food; they feed themselves, which gives every liter a slightly unique taste!) . The result is not only great tasting milk, but also healthy. 

The Raw Cow Milk is delicious, milked daily by hand with the utmost care for the animal, the old fashioned way!  The milk is Filtered, Packaged (in Ambar Glass or BPA-Free Biodegradable Vacuum Seals) and Delivered same day as your delivery day, to preserve its health properties, and taste without the use of preservatives or additives.  

The livestock is raised, pastured and milked in tropical terrain (Yucatan State); without the use of grains, industry feed or supplements.  The result is Healthy Delicious Milk that is "lighter" in Fats, Color and Texture vs. Industry Supplemented and/or cold and high altitude operations.
