A most refreshing Beer, 4.5% Alcohol by volume
100% Grain-based Golden, light pilsner. Fresh, with aromatic hops and fruit and citrus flavor, 3 to 5 % alpha acids.
Produced in Yucatan, with locally sourced ingredients, to offer you the most authentic flavour.
Very refreshing and light, it has little bitterness and works very well with spicy food.
Tasting notes :
- Colour: beautiful golden colour, quite light with a vaporous white foam.
- Nose: hints of hops can be found.
- Palate: Well-balanced, with a pleasantly soft attack followed by a slightly bitter finish.
