The Pork Suadero Taco Meat: A rosy meat that has different names worldwide, but it refers to meat cut from a muscle that spans from the chuck to the flank. It has a lighter color, hence the term “rosy meat”. This is a versatile cut that you can easily boil then fry, grill or oven cook, can be a main course or an appetizer. In Mexico, this meat is called “suadero” and is a specialty in tacos.
