Pasture Raised Pork , Jowl, Aged 7 days for Tenderness! Heritage Duroc Breed Pork, Raised on pasture, eating naturally, without the use of Growth Hormones, GMOs, or Medications.

The Pork Jowl:  A rich, fatty cut from the chin of the pig, jowl is most typically cured for guanciale, but jowl is also delicious without curing and can be deep-fried for pastas creating a crispy, fatty, dense, and delicious treat.  Also Great for Chicharrones!

Pork products are butchered-to-order, packaged without preservatives or additives in a vacuum sealed bag (or food grade shrink wrap, depending on size).  Once you place your order, we usually harvest, butcher, packageand freeze your cuts (depending on destination).  Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.
