The Pork Ear:  is best boiled and roasted and served in or with a sauce, it also enhances beans, when cooked slowly they become an excellent source of collagen. They turn to thick collagen gel, and human connective tissue needs a lot of collagen to stay healthy, so this is a tasty and healthy treat to add to your diet.

Pork products are butchered-to-order, packaged without preservatives or additives in a vacuum sealed bag (or food grade shrink wrap, depending on size).  Once you place your order, we usually harvest, butcher, package, and freeze your cuts (depending on destination).  Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.
