Our Boneless Turkey Thighs bring the full flavor of pasture-raised turkey to a versatile, carefully prepared cut. Taken from the upper leg of our Broad Breasted Bronze turkeys, each thigh is deboned and trimmed, ready for a skillet supper, a slow braise, or a generous roast.
Raised to Rancher’s Table’s Pastizal Raised standard on Yucatán wooded pastures, this Rustic Cut pairs country character with the convenience of the butcher’s preparation.
From a golden roast to a slow Sunday braise
Choose skin-on for roasting with garlic and herbs, letting the skin take on color above the pan juices. Choose skinless for turkey curry, a rich ragout, or pieces threaded onto skewers for the grill.
Opened flat or rolled around your own stuffing, boneless thighs offer dark-meat flavor without carving around the bone. They belong just as comfortably in a weeknight kitchen as at a leisurely Sunday table.

Our turkeys roam wooded pastures among grasses, huaxín, and papaya, hunting insects and exploring their surroundings. Spacious shelter provides a place to rest, and natural cenote spring water supplies their drinkers.
We complement their foraging with carefully chosen grains and seeds, including amaranth, as well as aquatic greens and nourishment from our ranch’s cheesemaking. No GMO corn, no soy, and no GMO industry feed.
Our raising standard includes:
- No antibiotics, hormones, or pharmaceutical growth enhancers
- No mRNA injections or scheduled drug regimens
- Veterinary oversight with a homeopathic approach
- Minerals, attentive daily care, and room to express their natural behavior

Choose your portion and preferred finish
- Single Thigh: Approximately 1.32 lb (600 g) skin-on or 1.16 lb (525 g) skinless.
- Thigh Pair: Approximately 2.65 lb (1,200 g) skin-on or 2.31 lb (1,050 g) skinless.
Prepared to your preference, with our compliments.
Each portion contains one or two boneless turkey thighs. Skin removal reduces the finished weight; the number of thighs remains the same. Supplied raw, ready for your own recipe.
Carefully chilled after harvest, prepared by our butchers, and vacuum sealed for dispatch.
Listed weights are approximate. Actual packaged weight may vary by plus or minus 5% (±5%).
Preparation and delivery
Allow 7 business days for preparation, followed by dispatch and route-dependent transit.
Your turkey may ship fresh and chilled or frozen; we will confirm its condition for your order. If harvested on dispatch day, it may ship fresh and chilled, while aged steaks in the same order generally ship frozen.
Prefer everything frozen? Request an entirely frozen order, which may extend preparation to 12 days.
