Natural, Pastured, Free Range Chicken, Spatchcocked /  Butterfly Cut, Whole Bird, raised on pasture, foraging for seeds, grass, and bugs, without the use of Growth Hormones, GMOs, or Medications.  Resulting in meat that is more flavorful and healthier than conventional chicken.

Price Listed is Per Whole Bird, Does Not Include Neck, Feet, and Organs (Liver, Heart and Gizzards).

The Spatchcock Whole Chicken:  is a traditional favorite, especially among those serious about eating healthy on the Grill, The Butterfly Cut allows for easy cooking without the need of butter, oils, etc.  Simply use your favorite Rub, Sauce or Spice Recipe and enjoy a Grilled Chicken in a short amount of time.

All Pastured, Free Range, Natural Birds are Harvested and Butchered to Order, Packaged fresh without Preservatives or Additives in a Vacuum Seal and/or Food Grade Shrink Wrap, depending on size. Once you place your order, we usually harvest, butcher, package, and freeze your cuts (depending on destination).  Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. 

Rancher's Table Pastured Poultry is best natural, ready for your favorite recipe, but if you would like to save time and have us spice up your cut, we got your back!  Simply select the "naturally spiced" option and we will do it for you, free-of-charge, with Natural Sea Salt, Herbs and Spices!  Please Allow up to 24-36 extra hours for this process.
