Our young goats follow that path through the pastures and forests of Yucatán lands, browsing ramón leaves and pods, huaxín, tamarind, and ranch-grown citrus. Here, raising goats begins with understanding their nature: room to wander, shade to rest, and forage that reaches beyond the grass.
