Eternal Spring Lamb is raised in Yucatán’s unique year-round spring climate, where pasture grows continuously and animals never experience winter stress, confinement, or feed changes. This creates lamb that remains in continuous spring condition—naturally tender, mild in flavor, and perfectly finished.

All our lamb is 100% grass fed and pasture finished, grazing freely day and night on chemical-free silvo-pastures. No grain. No feedlots. No forced finishing—just living pasture and slow, natural development.

🐑 Pastizal Raised is our in-house grading standard, reflecting not only diet, but environment, animal handling, and finish. Select animals meeting higher benchmarks for marbling and consistency are graded as Pastizal Elect.

Our lamb is harvested, aged, butchered, and packaged using traditional methods, without hormones, routine drugs, nitrates, nitrites, MSG, preservatives, additives, injections, or salt brines.
