Collection: Natural Grass Fed Beef

Grass Fed and Finished Beef the Tropical Way!  Raised freely roaming on "wooded pastures", with access to Grass and Trees like; Ramon, Huaxin and Tamarind.  The meat is free from  all preservatives and additives, raised without growth hormones, GMOs and antibiotics, as nature intended.  Believe it — you will taste the difference, so pick a cut, fire up the grill (or stove) and experience for yourself what meat should taste like.

Why? - Grass Fed and Finished Meats are typically healthier, with higher levels of Omega-3's, CLA, branch chain amino acids, and essential vitamins.  

Anything else? - Lower the cooking temperature. Because grass-fed beef is leaner, you need to cook it at a slightly lower temperature (at least 50 F / 10 C lower) for 30-50% less time. Otherwise, you cook off the fat and are left with a dry tough meat, that’s lost many of its nutrients.
